In the process of charging my iPhone, I noticed that the camera application was not charging, so I turned the phone off and on again. When it was on, I noticed that the camera application was working fine, but when I turned it off and on again, the camera app would still not work. I turned the phone back on and the camera application worked. Just not as well.
Sometimes you’ll need to reboot a phone. Sometimes a reset will work. Sometimes the camera application will work. Sometimes the phone will just work.
In my experience, a phone that worked just fine one time can be broken the next time you plug it in and have it suddenly not be able to charge. Sometimes it seems that the camera app in the Apple App Store is broken. Sometimes the camera app works, sometimes it does not. Sometimes you’ll just need to reboot the phone.
The camera app is one of the only things that works as it should. Usually, it’s not clear what is happening on the screen, so we’ll need to reboot. The reset is the easy bit, but sometimes, it is necessary to reset the phone to see if something else is working.
This is exactly what happened to me. Every night for about a year, I would plug the charger in and have it not be able to charge. Even after three days, it still wouldn’t charge. That first part of the “not being able to charge” happened to be the camera app. But then when I rebooted the phone, the camera app opened. And then the camera app was able to charge, which was the opposite of what I thought it would be.
It could be because the charger was resetting the phone, but what is even more interesting is that the app itself was open. It was just a matter of waiting for the app to actually charge before it could use the camera, but the app itself was still open and charging.
It had been a while since we last had the phone plugged in, and it only made sense that when they get there, they’d be able to use the charger. We can imagine now that the charger had been reset, but I don’t know how they got hold of the phone to charge it. It might be that it was just a matter of waiting for the charger to charge again.
Again, we’re just speculating here. I’m not saying it’s possible, just that it might have happened like that.
