Today, I have a new post about a new way to bring a classic movie to the next generation. This is a film that has been a part of my childhood. This is The Three Levels of Self-Awareness.
The first level is the level of awareness that most of us can muster. Most of us are aware that we are, in fact, on autopilot, and that we have a life outside of the present moment. This is the level where most people are aware of their thoughts, and where most people are aware of their actions.
The problem is that every time we’re on autopilot and we forget we’re on autopilot, we can be controlled by our thoughts, our actions, and our reactions. The second level is the level of awareness that most of us can muster. This is the level where most of us are aware that we are controlling our thoughts, our actions, and our reactions, and that we are aware of the consequences of our actions.
We’re not quite there yet though. We still don’t believe we can control our thoughts, our actions, our reactions. We still think we can’t control them, but we can, and we can turn them off. We can think about how to handle these situations and how we’ll deal with them. The problem is that we aren’t yet aware of the reality of the situation.
If you’re thinking about getting started in life without self-awareness, then I would suggest that we focus on focusing on our lives, our actions, and our reactions. Life is not about how we think and how we act.
