You can ask yourself questions like “Why are you always in the same place?” or “Why are you so angry?” or “Why do you keep calling me?”. Then you can use these questions to find the answers you really want.
You probably already know this, but people with no self-awareness can find themselves angry, but you can actually make them feel more calm or even more happy. When you use the techniques you’ve learned here, you can make them feel more confident.
You can also make people who are angry feel more confident, but don’t worry because you can also get them to be more angry. We’ve heard of people who become more angry and depressed only when they’re stressed. The reason that is is that people who are stressed seem to have a higher level of self-awareness. But people who are not stressed seem to have a lower level of self-awareness so they are more likely to become angry and depressed.
A person who is anxious and stressed, however, tend to have a higher level of self-awareness than a person who is not anxious and stressed, so they are more likely to become anxious and depressed.
