The reason for this is that the Tamil movie board is very specific about what language they want videos to be in; they like to keep things simple and have lots of English words to keep things from getting too complicated, but if you want to submit a video, you need to specify this language.

This is a great example of how to get your video submitted to YouTube at the right time. Before someone submitted it on YouTube, they only had a couple of videos on YouTube. But once the Tamil video was on there, it took off. It shows how fast YouTube wants content to come in.
A video with a strong melody and strong, clear lyrics is a strong contender to be the best in the Tamil language. It must contain strong, clear lyrics and the melody must be catchy. The video in the video below, which was submitted on YouTube, is one of the best.
