A few years ago, I was having a conversation with a friend about the concept of “thinking in a way that feels right.” We were having a discussion about being more honest about our weaknesses and imperfections. I was about to share more about my struggles with self-awareness and was planning on sharing my struggles with being honest about my strengths. But then, I realized that I was weaving in a lot of thoughts during this conversation.
At the time, I was so caught up in my own thoughts and feelings that I did not realize that I was doing so. As I was weaving, I was also weaving in the thoughts of the friend I was talking to.
